- Yes, the statement format will remain the same.
2. What are the available formats?
- The statements can be accessed in XLXS and PDF formats.
3. Who will be receiving the statements?
- Users who are administrators on the Onafriq portal will be receiving the
statements.
4. Is there a limitation as to how far back an account statement can be
generated?
- On the portal, you can access statements that are 3 months old. However, upon
request, you can access your statements for the past 5 years.
5. How will I access statements that are older than 3 months?
- All statements older than three months will be sent upon request. Kindly send
your request via portal-support@mfsafrica.com and the statements will be
availed to you within 10 days.
6. How can I access my statements before you archive them?
- Your statements for the last one year will be shared with you via e-mail using
the e-mail address in our database.
7. How often will I be receiving my statements?
- You will be receiving your statements once a month.
8. Will I still be able to generate statements from the system?
- Yes, you will be able to access your statements for the last 3 months from the
portal.
9. Can more than one email address be set up to be receiving statements?
- Yes, you can set up more than one email address if the users are administrators
in the Onafriq Portal. If they are not, instructions to be set up as
administrators should be shared with us.
10. When will the statements be going out?
- The statements will be going out on the 1st of every month
